We spend 3-days/2-nights relaxing in the Cape winelands, located just outside of Cape Town, with our private Lark Tours guide on this short trip. Day One: Cape Town/Stellenbosch

We begin by departing from Cape Town and enjoying a relaxing lunch in picturesque downtown Stellenbosch, located in the Cape winelands. After spending the afternoon exploring this quaint, historic and second oldest town in South Africa we make our way to Le Quartier Francais were we spend the night. With magnificent views of the Franschhoek Mountains, Le Quartier Francais is an exclusive, boutique hotel that is ranked by Travel & Leisure as one of the top 100 best hotels in the world.

Day Two: Stellenbosch

Today we leisurely travel through the winelands, stopping along the way to visit some of the local vineyards and to get a taste of South African wines. Ranging from older and more traditional vineyards to ultra modern estates with state of the art equipment, we get an excellent of overview of what South African vineyards have to offer. That night we dine at Le Quartier’s famed Tasting Room and enjoy the 5-course meal. Course after course of exquisitely presented culinary delights showcase chef Margot Janse and her team's award-winning talent. Tasting Room has been ranked as one of "The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants" for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 by Restaurant Magazine UK

Day Three: Stellenbosch/Cape Town

After one final breakfast in this picturesque region we make our way back to Cape Town.
