
Day 1: En Route
Depart from home; en route to Windhoek, Namibia.
Day 2: Windhoek
Arrive in Windhoek, Namibia where you are met by your Lark
Tours guide. Transfer to the Elisenheim Guest House.

Day 3: Windhoek/Etosha National Park
We set out in our fully equipped 4x4 off-road vehicles heading north on our way to Etosha National Park, the third largest park in all of Africa and one of the main highlights of Namibia. Along the way we pass through Okahandja, Otjiwarongo and Outjo.

Day 4: Etosha National Park
We spend the day on safari in the Etosha National Park, in search of all the incredible African wildlife that roams this region. When we are not busy watching lions, elephant, giraffes, zebra, and much more, we spend time swimming and relaxing back at camp. That evening we observe the wildlife congregate around the waterhole close to the camp.

Day 5: Etosha National Park
We make our way through Etosha to Namutoni Restcamp located on the eastern side of the park. Our accommodations that night is a renovated fort that was once a German police post in the 1900's.

Day 6: Etosha National Park/Lake Otjikoto/Grootfontein
After one last exciting safari we leave Etosha on our way to the Okavango River, which forms the Okavango Delta further south. Along the way we stop at Lake Otjikoto and we stop to see the 50-ton Hoba Meteorite. Once we arrive at Roy's Camp we go swimming, take a leisurely hike and enjoy the open-air bar.

Day 7: Grootfontein/Okavango River
We head north to the town of Rundu and then on to the Okavango River. We settle for the day in Ngepi Camp and enjoy a sundowner boat ride on the river to look for hippos, elephants, and crocodiles

Day 8: Okavango River
We spend the morning exploring the area on foot and visiting a local Mbukushu Village. Later that afternoon we embark on a mokoro (similar to a dugout canoe) safari along the Okavango River, where the riverbanks are teeming with wildlife.

Day 9 & 10: Okavango River/Susuwe Triangle
We spend the next two days at the Nambwa Restcamp located in a remote part of the Caprivi Strip known as the Susuwe Triangle Region. In order to get here we must leave the main roads and navigate off-road tracks. The effort is well worth it since this region is known for its high concentration of wildlife and spectacular surroundings. During our two days here we embark on safaris and experience the African wildlife firsthand.

Day 11: Susuwe Triangle/Mamili Game Park
Today we make the drive to Mamili Game Park, the main highlight of this adventure. This area, located on the border between Botswana and Namibia, is very remote. There is no need for game drives here - the wildlife is literally at our doorstep!

Day 12: Mamili Game Park
Wake up to the sound of bellowing hippos in the pools near camp. We spend an exciting day tracking animals such as lion, leopard, and hyena. That night we enjoy the sounds of the African bush and relish in our incredible surroundings.

Day 13: Mamili Game Park/Kalizo
We make our way to Katima Mulilo, the capital of the Caprivi Strip, and on to the town of Kalizo situated along the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. We spend the night here, en route to Livingstone, Zambia.

Day 14: Kalizo/Livingstone
Today we cross the border into Zambia where we visit the majestic Victoria Falls, considered to be one of the seven natural wonders of our world.

Day 15: Livingstone/Johannesburg
Today is indeed a sad day - our safari adventure has come to an end! We
transfer to Johannesburg where we board our international flight
home.
