At the time of reservation: 50% of trip cost due
90 days prior to trip departure: Full balance due
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations are to be made by speaking with a Lark Tours representative followed by a written notification mailed to our office. At the time of cancellation, the following fees will apply:
The pricing for our trips is based on double occupancy of each room in our various accommodations. This means that if you specifically request your own private room, you will need to pay a supplement in order to cover costs that would normally be shared between a pair of travelers. Or, you may be traveling alone but are willing to be paired with another single traveler. If this is your situation, please contact us and we will work to accommodate you as best we can.
