Reserving Trips

1. Choose Your Trip
   After browsing through our website for information about Lark Tours and about our trips, feel free to call us for more information. We are always happy to speak with you and we offer plenty of extra information that will assist you in making your decision.
2. Reserve Your Trip
   After obtaining all the information you need to make a decision, the next step is to reserve a trip. You can do this through any of our trip pages, by calling us toll-free at 1-877-527-5868, or by sending us an email at info@larktours.com
3. Trip Application 
   After making your reservation please fill out our detailed Trip Application and send it to us as soon as possible. Click here for the Trip Application.
4. Payment Schedule
   At the time of reservation: 50% of trip cost due
   90 days prior to trip departure: Full balance due
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   All cancellations are to be made by speaking with a Lark Tours representative followed by a written notification mailed to our office. At the time of cancellation, the following fees will apply:
   
   91 days or more prior to departure we charge: 15% of total trip price
   46 to 90 days prior to departure we retain: 50% of total trip price
   45 days or less to departure we retain: 100% of total trip price
6. Single Supplements
   The pricing for our trips is based on double occupancy of each room in our various accommodations. This means that if you specifically request your own private room, you will need to pay a supplement in order to cover costs that would normally be shared between a pair of travelers. Or, you may be traveling alone but are willing to be paired with another single traveler. If this is your situation, please contact us and we will work to accommodate you as best we can.
7. Transfers
   We allow you to transfer to another trip according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, as outlined above.
